Dr. Ahmed established (Professional Service – Proserv) Company, in which he worked to attract the talented employees and worked qualify them to have a strong knowledge of the governing laws and how to apply them, Proserv to be considered the first company that specialized in providing social insurance and the labor office services in Egypt, then Proserv expanded its pool of services to provide more activities i.e. Legal services, Accounting and Recruitment services in addition to Outsourcing as well as training to crown these activities by obtaining quality certification (ISO 9001) and accreditation in training from the American Human Resources Certification Institute® (HRCI®).
Dr. Ahmad Al-Faramawy has trained more than 10,000 trainees, Managers, Directors of Human Resources and Insurance & Payroll Professionals in many governmental and private companies, international Institutions, Universities and Embassies, to establish a broad base of social insurance experts and those involved in it.
