My journey began with a vision: to bridge the gap between organizations and government compliance, while empowering HR professionals with the tools and knowledge to lead with confidence.
In 2010, that vision became a reality with the founding of Professional Service – PROSERV, Egypt’s first company specialized in social insurance, labor law, and government HR compliance services.

Today, as Chairman of Proserv Holding, I lead a growing group of companies that provide end-to-end solutions across consulting, HR, technology, transportation, learning & development, and industry support.

Over the past 20 years, I’ve had the privilege of working alongside CEOs, HR leaders, government officials, and multinational teams—advising, training, and building strategic systems that move businesses forward. More than 10,000 professionals have taken part in my training programs, from ministries and universities to embassies and global companies.
